I agree. There are some issues that are unresolved, although we have done our best to answer the questions. If the noble Baroness will allow, I would like to write to clarify the position as we see it in regard to the issue that we have debated for the past 15 minutes. That may help to put the various questions and answers together in a way that they are not at present. I hope that that is a helpful suggestion.
