I thank the Minister for a very sympathetic answer. I am delighted to hear that funding will follow this possible requirement. I shall go away and look at what he said. Perhaps I will be brave enough to try to encourage him to go a little further forward, because to my mind it logically follows that if funding is available, then the process should be carried out, even though it might be over a wide timescale. In the back of my mind I have a picture of some people who use the commons being unable to get the information for one reason or another—perhaps because an association or a local authority is making life a bit difficult. The fact that this information ““shall”” be put on the register will override that problem. People in Radnorshire, such as the noble Lord, Lord Williams, will be able to touch a button and get the information needed.
