Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [HL]

My Lords, I have heard the Minister’s response. I am not entirely satisfied with it because to put any territorial area outside the boundaries of where the commissioner can intervene makes it possible for people to be harmed or abused in those situations. We may reconsider the matter at Third Reading, but this evening, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
