Perhaps I may pursue the question of ““body corporate”” and who is liable. Suppose that our commons association decides to pursue the elimination of bracken and that, like the noble Duke, we employ a helicopter. That would incur a rather large expense. The commons association, under the Bill, is allowed to raise money. It goes to the bank— [The Sitting was suspended for a Division in the House from 6.2 to 6.15 pm]
