had given notice of his intention to move Amendment No. 151ZA:"After Clause 39, insert the following new clause—"    ““STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION OF CROSSINGS (1)   Section 47 of the Transport and Works Act 1992 (c. 42) is amended as follows. (2)   In subsection (2) for ““footpath or bridleway”” substitute ““road””. (3)   After subsection (2) insert— ““(3)   In this section ““road”” means any highway or other road to which the public has access.”””” The noble Lord said: I will read carefully what the Minister said concerning Amendments Nos. 140, 141, 142, 143 and 144.
