I do not know whether it is anomalous or simply a reflection of the fact that we are all on a learning curve and can benefit from that. I merely ask people to show a little patience while we are on the learning curve. So far as the noble Lord, Lord Bradshaw, is concerned, of course our consultation will take on interests that are wider than that which he identified.
