I support my colleagues, but in the spirit of the way in which we work in this Chamber I should say that there is a point in the amendment. Many speed cameras are placed along roads where the speed limit is changing quite rapidly and people get confused by that; I have been confused and so has my wife. One of the points made by the amendment is that one needs to have a visible indication of applicable speed limits. The spirit of the amendment might be taken on board by the Government in ensuring that where speed limits are changing rapidly more is done to indicate it.
