As the Committee will know, I believe that people should keep within the law when it comes to speed and therefore that cameras do not need to be visible. They can be put where anyone believes it is a good idea to put them. If people are caught speeding, that is their problem. It is the wrong approach to make them fully visible so that you can slow down when you go past them. If you do not speed in the first place, you do not need to slow down.
