(3)   In section 174(1) of that Act (false statements), after paragraph (c) insert— ““(ca)   of obtaining a document evidencing the successful completion of a driver training course provided in accordance with regulations under section 99ZA of this Act, or””.”” On Question, amendment agreed to.
