I do not want to bore the Committee, but the 1982 Florida statute states:"““It is the public policy of this state to assure that each minor child has frequent and continuing contact with both parents after the parents separate or the marriage of the parties is dissolved and to encourage the parents to share rights, responsibilities and the joys of child rearing””." That is a useful formula.
