The noble Baroness said: Amendment No. 209 is intended to ensure that the actions of staff seconded to the Serious Organised Crime Agency are held to be the responsibility of the agency if they breach the provisions of Part 2 of the Equality Bill in respect of the agency’s public functions.
The agency is already responsible for actions of staff seconded to it which breach other equality legislation. I beg to move.
