I shall be happy to do that. I hope that I have made clear that we understand the sensitivity of this issue. We know that we must ensure that what we devise results in what we all want. These debates have made clear that the House has mainly been of the same mind and we have been discussing how we deliver on such provisions to ensure that they happen.
