That this House believes that it is not at all necessary for a Committee to be appointed to draw up reasons to be assigned for disagreeing to the House of Lords in its amendments, as on 13 March 2017, Official Report, column 82; and further believes that such a procedure occurs simply because it has been carried out for so long.
