Question

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, with reference to the Senior Responsible Owner’s oral contribution to the Work and Pensions Committee of 24 July 2019 that victims of third-party universal credit fraud can be returned to legacy benefits, what legislative changes are required to enshrine this policy in law.
