These regulations were made in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 14(1) and 25A of Regulation (EC) No 561/2006. Articles 41(3) and 105(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, and Articles 22(2) and (3) and 144(6) of Regulation (EU) 2017/625, as retained in UK law from section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972..This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of an error in SI 2021/136
