Sustainable Farming Incentive: Species Management and ELMS

Lords motion to take note of the announcement of changes to the Sustainable Farming Incentive by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on 4 January, and the case for including species management within the Environmental Land Management Scheme to support populations of endangered species and biodiversity in general. Agreed to on question.
