Code of Practice on Reasonable Steps to be taken by a Trade Union (Minimum Service Levels)

Notices are often fraught with peril, so I want to know from the Minister what the employer is required to do when giving a notice. What is specified as to his means of communication? Is the means of communication employed by the employer to be communicated to the trade union, so that the trade union has some idea of what the employer thought

was a means of bringing it to the attention of the employee? If this is to work, there must be a reasonable degree of co-operation.
