My Lords, I thank the Minister for his reply, which was as I anticipated. It is clear that we are going to be returning to this issue again and
again while the Government fail to build enough affordable housing for people to live in, particularly in coastal and rural areas under great stress. For the moment, though, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
