I will withdraw it, but only on the basis that the Minister will consider this a little more carefully. As I have said, at the
moment the clause seems to me unsatisfactory, and paragraph (c) ought to go. That would not damage the overall meaning of the clause at all, and I hope that the Minister will reconsider that before Report. With that, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
