I have been listening very carefully to the noble Lord, whom I always listen to with great respect. Can I take it that he or his party
will put down an amendment to the Long Title of the Bill in due course? Perhaps he has not read the Long Title in full, because, as far as I can see, it covers all these amendments in the exact way in which they are intended. We are in danger of over-sophisticating a non-existent definition of national security.
