Energy Bill [HL]

Lords motion that the Bill be reported from the Committee of the Whole House in respect of proceedings up to and including Wednesday 7 September; and that the order of commitment of 19 July be discharged and the remainder of the bill be committed to a Grand Committee, and that the instruction to the Committee of the Whole House of 19 July shall also be an instruction to the Grand Committee.
