Environmental Principles Policy Statement

Debate on Thursday, 30 June 2022, in the House of Lords, led by Baroness Parminter. The answering member was Lord Benyon.

Lords motion to take note of the draft environmental principles policy statement, laid before Parliament on 11 May, and the requirement in Section 17(4) of the Environment Act 2021 that the Secretary of State must be satisfied that the statement will contribute to the improvement of environmental protection and sustainable development. Agreed to on question.
