3: Clause 4, page 3, line 21, at end insert—
“(3A) The registrar may request further information to be provided in a timely manner where there appear to be material omissions or suspected false statements.
(3B) An application may not be accepted unless the registrar is satisfied that any request for further information has been adequately addressed.”
