My Lords, just on that point, I was clearly not suggesting that the noble Baroness, Lady Williams of Trafford, did not deserve a break from her duties; she has been committed to this
throughout. I said that I hoped that these parts of the Bill might be the reason, but I was obviously implying that they clearly were not.
