This is one of a number of amendments clarifying or adjusting the processes and powers under Part 1 of the Bill so that they operate as intended in cases in which a member dies.
75: Clause 51, page 39, line 4, at end insert—
“(2A) In subsection (2) “the appropriate person” means—
(a) P, or
(b) if P is deceased, P’s personal representatives.”
