150: Clause 63, page 62, line 22, at end insert—
“(11A) After section 68(3) insert—
“(3A) In proceedings for an offence under this section it is a defence for the accused to show—
(a) that they were not trespassing on the land, or
(b) that the activity in response to which the aggravated trespass was committed was unlawful activity.””
