Northern Ireland (Executive Formation and Exercise of Functions) Bill

I do not want to hold the Committee up, but I am having some difficulty. The aim of the legislation is to enable the continuity of the delivery of

services, yet vital services such as our health service do not receive that attention. I do not understand what is covered by the Bill if things such as this are not.
