“(1A) Subsections (2) to (7) are subject to subsection (1B).
(1B) The following provisions may not come into force until the Welsh Assembly has passed a legislative consent motion in respect of this Act—
(a) sections 1 to 52,
(b) section 53(1), and
(c) Schedules 1 to 5.”
