“Meaning of “private” and “sexual”
(1) Section 35 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 (meaning of “private” and “sexual”) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3)(a) after “exposed genitals” insert “, breasts, buttocks”.
(3) Omit subsection (4).
(4) Omit subsection (5).”
