I thank the Minister for his very general but principled commitment to greater flexibility and for his willingness to explore the possibilities. However, at this stage I would have hoped for a much clearer definition of expectations in the flexibility that
we are going to allow when providing childcare. For those reasons, I would like to test the opinion of the House.
