(a) the Equality and Human Rights Commission;
(b) the relevant regulators in—
(i) the Department of Health;
(ii) the Department of Transport;
(iii) the Department for Work and Pensions;
(iv) the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills;
(v) the Department for Culture, Media and Sport;
(vi) the Department for Communities and Local Government.”
