My Lords, as I am sure all your Lordships are aware but I am nevertheless obliged to state, if there is a Division in the Chamber while we are sitting, which I suggest is highly likely, the Committee will adjourn as soon as the Division Bells are rung, or as soon as I have seen same on the Monitor, and resume after 10 minutes.
