Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013

Lords motion, That this House regrets that the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Resources and Payment for Services) Regulations 2013, laid before the House on 7 March, will result in a substantial number of vulnerable people not being eligible for legal aid because of the capital in their house. (SI 2013/480). Motion withdrawn.
