Local Audit and Accountability Bill [HL]

My Lords, I certainly will. I apologise to my noble friend. It would perhaps be better if we discussed that before we take it on. The noble Earl, Lord Lytton, asked me whether we could discuss the audit or not for small authorities. Of course, I am delighted to do that as well; we will make arrangements for that, once we have all had a good recess and time to put these things behind us for a day or two.
