Question

To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Earl Howe on 22 November 2011 (WA 222), whether the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority’s policy of not commenting on its relationship with any person responsible or nominal licensee would facilitate appropriate review of actions taken by any authority inspector who was previously a nominal licensee.[HL57]

Answer

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority has advised that it has nothing to add to the information given in my Written Answer of 22 November 2011 (Official Report, col. WA 222).
