Lords amendment 9 disagreed to on division (273 to 159). Lords amendment 12 disagreed to on division (276 to 161). Lords amendments 13 to 19, 27 to 28, 32 to 38 disagreed to. Lords amendment 26 disagreed to on division (274 to 162). Lords amendment 31 disagreed to on division (272 to 162). Lords amendment 104 disagreed to on division (273 to 163). Lords amendments 13 to 19, 27 to 28, 32 to 38 disagreed to. Amendment (a) agreed to the Bill in lieu of Lords Amendment 38. Lords Amendments 1 to 8, 10, 11, 14 to 18, 20 to 25, 29, 30, 33 to 37, 39 to 103 and 105 to 148 agreed to, with Commons privilege waived in respect of Lords Amendments 35, 36, 42, 112, 117, 128 and 132 to 134. Motion that a Committee be appointed to draw up Reasons to be assigned to the Lords for disagreeing to their amendments. Agreed to on question. Reasons to be reported and communicated to the Lords.
