My hon. Friend is making a good case on the impact of phoenixing on individuals and our constituents. Is he aware also of cases where companies
have employed subcontractors, they have done all the work and then the company goes bust before they have been paid? Does he agree that it is important that the Bill tackles that kind of practice, too, which can put those subcontractors at risk of going bust?
