My simple response to the Minister is to invite him to share with us the current budget estimate for Companies House, if the Bill is
enacted in its present form, and to tell us what that will mean. I just cannot believe that the information is not in the mix somewhere, but the Minister is not choosing to share it with us Back Benchers at this point.
