Government new clauses 11 and 12 agreed to. Government new schedule 1 agreed to. New clause 1 negatived on division (236 votes to 327). New clause 2 negatived on division (237 votes to 322). Amendment to clause 1 negatived on division (234 votes to 327). Amendment to clause 26 negatived on division (234 votes to 328). Government amendments made to clauses 15, 33, 36 to 43, 46, 50, 56, 58, and 60 to 62. Government amendments made to schedules 1 to 3, 5 to 7, and 10. Third reading. Agreed to on division (325 votes to 234), and the Bill passed.
