Environment Bill

Proceeding contribution from Oliver Heald (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Wednesday, 26 May 2021. It occurred during Debate on bills on Environment Bill.

on, such as not having sewage overflows into the streams and treating low flows as damage that has to be restored, are incredibly valuable things?
