Business of the House

Business question from Chris Bryant (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 8 February 2018. It occurred during Business statement on Business of the House.

Can we have a debate in Government time on acquired brain injury? It is a delight that, thanks to the introduction of major trauma centres across the country, 500 more people are kept alive every year, but unfortunately more than a quarter of those major trauma centres have no rehabilitation consultant, so people are not able to get the important

support they need to get back on their feet and able to look after themselves. We can make a real difference to people’s lives if only we try hard.
