May I say how nice it is to see my hon. Friend the Member for Worsley and Eccles South (Barbara Keeley) back in her rightful place on the Front Bench? I endorse what the Chair of the Select Committee, the hon. Member for Totnes (Dr Wollaston) has said to the Minister. Does the Minister regret that the Chancellor failed to mention social care at all in the Budget?
