I shall deal with the hon. Lady’s question on high-value assets in just a few moments; I just want to finish dealing with starter homes.
Thanks to my hon. Friend the Member for Richmond Park (Zac Goldsmith), the pledge to deliver two homes for every home sold is now on the face of the Bill. As I said earlier, our manifesto was very clear, and this House was very clear when it voted by majority of 91 to give the Bill a Second Reading. We will deliver the number of starter homes that we promised.
