House resolved itself into the Legislative Grand Committee (England and Wales). Joint debate on consent motions for England and Wales, and for England alone. Agreed to on question, with the consent motion for England being agreed once the House had resolved itself into the Legislative Grand Committee (England). Occupant of the Chair left the Chair to report the decisions of the Committees. Deputy Speaker resumed the Chair, decisions reported. Third reading. Agreed to on division (309 to 216). Bill read the third time and passed.
