Are this Minister and other Ministers having more success than their right hon. Friend the Member for Tunbridge Wells (Greg Clark) had back in 2012, when the European Commission dismissed his very reasonable request for some modelling on staffing costs? Are the Commissioners being any more helpful nowadays?
