Given that list, will the Minister explain to the House why tax avoidance schemes used by multinationals such as the double Irish and the Dutch sandwich are still in existence and will he explain what the Government are doing to tackle that sort of multinational tax avoidance, which we have debated and scrutinised here on many occasions?
