I congratulate the hon. Gentleman on obtaining the debate. Does he agree that although it is vital that jobs are created—that
is what this debate is all about—in order to achieve that for small and large businesses, it is important that the infrastructure of those countries needs to be improved dramatically? Would it be an idea for moneys donated from the United Kingdom to these countries to be focused on certain areas to help to create jobs for young people?
