Rwandan Genocide

Proceeding contribution from Bob Stewart (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 8 May 2014. It occurred during Backbench debate on Rwandan Genocide.

During his visit, did the hon. Gentleman see any evidence of tension, or, indeed, encounter any

people who said that they had taken part in the genocide and were sorry for it? Are any such people still in the country, or are they now outside it?
