Motion that the draft Consular Marriages and Marriages under Foreign Law Order 2014, and the draft Marriage (Same Sex Couples) Act 2013 (Consequential and Contrary Provisions and Scotland) Order 2014, which were laid before this House on 23 January, and that the draft Overseas Marriage (Armed Forces) Order 2014, which was laid before this House on 24 January, be approved. The Deputy Speaker's opinion as to the decision of the Question being challenged, the divisions were deferred until 5 March. Agreed to on deferred division (367 to 100, 365 to 103 and 368 to 98 respectively).
