Motion that the draft Marriage of Same Sex Couples (Registration of Shared Buildings) Regulations 2014, and the draft Marriage of Same Sex Couples (Use of Armed Forces' Chapels) Regulations 2014, which were laid before this House on 23 January, be approved. The Deputy Speaker's opinion as to the decision of the Question being challenged, the division was deferred until 5 March. Agreed to on deferred division (363 to 100 and 366 to 103 respectively).
